Schedule interviews for this sample for the purpose of calibrating and aligning with the client before sourcing.
Once calibration is complete, we start sourcing the profile through relevant recruitment activities.
Collars team would conduct the first interview to assess the candidates in terms of language, technical skills, and competencies.
The short-listed candidates would then be presented to Client’s HR team for final assessment and acceptance.
